This is probably the messiest pen sketch I have ever been willing to submit....which is why it will stay in scraps. lols
I got dragged out on a (moving) job today and the drive to and from the loading site was 4 hours long....so I got bored and started sketching.......And I discovered that sketching with a PaperMate pen while in a truck is definately not the easiest thing in the world to do. lols That's why the lines are so shaky. It was an interesting challenge though. And I still kinda like the pic, so I decided to submit it.
I really didn't have anything in mind when I started, so I just let my pen do whatever it wanted. Problems with perspective and proportions are a givin, considering I drew without any reference what-so-ever. The characters are also somewhat off-model because of this (especially Desmond).
Well. Anyways, I'm tired so I'm gonna go crash now. =.=;
One of the things I really love about your art is the way you draw characters interacting. Or... well, just being physically close, rather. I still have trouble making characters look natural that way, and you seem to have quite the knack for it.
Also I love the way you draw calves. :> I love them and you do them justice, I feel.

FFT. With a pen? You are amazing. :< And I, personally, love sketches more than anything else. I don't know why, but it sort of gives you a look into the artist, I guess?
And I'm totally with Aleiki. The interaction of your characters is such a big part of your art for me. <3 Everything is always so natural.

Dude, your lines while riding in a truck, still make mine look like an 80 year old having seizures. It looks great. ^^ I especially like seeing Desmond's hair up. xD

^___^ Awwww, thank you! I love drawing the emotion and dynamics between characters. It's one of the most important things I try to capture (including all the small guestures and they way they are physically with one another), so I'm happy to hear you like the way I do it! ~
hehe, Thanks. That's the first time I've ever recieved that compliment! XD I do love a nice pair of smexy, panty-hose clad, man-legs.

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
