I haven't lusted after a coat this much since I watched "Kamikaze Girls".

Finally did something other than a slash pairing. Yatta!
This is the main couple from Non Tea Room, which is my favorite manga by Shoowa. I'm a HUGE slice-of-life fan. hehe, and this story is just too cute.

There are sooooooo many reasons I love this pairing. Naming them all would take all day, so I'll go with the main reason....

I. LOVE. RENJI.
He is, without a doubt, 100% my favorite type of uke character. TINY, cute, a little spoiled, affectionate, feisty, protective, trustworthy, devoted, not as stupid as he likes to pretend to be, comfortable with his sexuality, and sexually flexible (okay with initiating sex and being initiated upon, lol).

Additionally, I love how Kenta's kind of a tsundere-ish seme (that might not be the right word, but I can't think of another). He comes off as a cool beauty, but in reality he's actually an awkward/sensitive dork and a bit of a pervert. XD I love that Renji's the only one who gets to see this side of him.

I love Shoowa's style (both lines & paneling). Though I like clean styles like Ayano Yamane's, I LOVE rough, sketchy styles so much more. I don't think I captured it that well, but I tried my best. ^.^


EDIT : It cost me a fortune but I FINALLY got my hands on a copy of this (out of print) manga! YOSH!! I'm so happy!!!
